The subtlety, fragility, & vulnerability of disabled children, children with limited abilities, differently abled children, & neuroatypical children can be best supported with early screening, detailed assessment, multiskilled interventions, monitoring & tailoring interventions to growth & development, and supporting such children & adolescents to live as independently as possible. We provide early screening, prioritised action at various growth stages, benchmarking, progress monitoring, realistic approach to improve their QoL, free carer time and reduce carer burden, enable as much possible independent functioning of challenged children, reduce carer burden on transport & logistics, provide integrated growth & development monitoring & treatments of such children, teach them activities of daily living, support improvement in academic ability, teach prevocational and vocational skills. The goal is to produce best possible outcomes for affected children in a realistic planned manner and enable their habilitation best as possible, all at one centre. It is a growth & development screening, academic screening & engagement, supported learning, therapy centre where all needs are simultaneously met. Montessori & NIOS academic paths are our adopted academic methods. For self-reliance and vocational training, we will adhere to the National skill development framework in our provisions. We provide a rich variation of Outpatient, community, & home paramedical, Allied Healthcare professional, and domestic care training to ensure welfare & support for families in need in their local communities. Our immediate attention is towards domestic care & home health care related training, as this often becomes people’s stress points in life. We have observed that this segment of care is minimally regulated and less skilled. To consistently raise good quality staff in these areas of work, Ascendia provides training & skill development linked to potential employment opportunities.
